1. Return Policy
Kia ora! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have rights as a consumer. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at connectuse@productbranddeal.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products that cannot be resold
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Digital products or downloadable content
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 14 business days after we have approved it, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate.
10. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand consumer protection laws.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, products must be:
- Of acceptable quality (fit for purpose, safe, durable, and free from defects)
- Match their description
- Be fit for any particular purpose you made known to us
If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you have the right to:
- Request a repair, replacement, or refund
- Claim compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss
Fair Trading Act 1986
Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we must not mislead or deceive you about our products. If you believe you've been misled, you may have additional rights.
